Now, we’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to help shape our product’s future and drive innovation in payments and collections.

About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead, you will:

✅ Take part in leading technical decisions and contribute to Wiserpay’s long-term architecture.

✅ Develop scalable and secure systems using modern cloud technologies.

✅ Work hands-on with backend (Node.js) and frontend (React, Angular, or Vue.js) frameworks.

✅ Implement AWS-based infrastructure (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.) and DevOps best practices.

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

✅ Design & optimize high-performance microservices architectures, including message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

✅ Ensure security best practices across APIs (REST, SOAP, SAML), cloud environments, and authentication protocols.

✅ (Bonus) Explore AI/ML innovations to enhance payment and collection strategies.

What We’re Looking For

📌 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with leadership capabilities.

📌 Backend expertise: Strong background in backend development, microservices, and scalable architectures. 📌 Cloud & DevOps skills: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), CI/CD pipelines, security best practices.

📌 Deep knowledge of messaging systems: Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).

📌 API & Security expertise: Familiarity with REST, SOAP, SAML, security protocols, and secure cloud development.

📌 Best practice design patterns: Ability to develop using modern architectural principles (e.g., 3-tier architecture, domain-driven design).

📌 Problem-solving mindset: Thrives in startup environments, independent thinker.

📌 Frontend proficiency: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

📌 (Nice to Have) Experience with PHP (Laravel) and familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
