We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take full ownership of our codebase, lead technical decisions, fix what’s broken, and elevate the product experience. If you're someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, spots issues before they explode, and treats the product like it’s your own — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the debugging and resolution of critical production issues
• Refactor and optimize our Next.js + NestJS codebase for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with product, design, and junior developers to ship features fast
• Guide and review junior developers’ work to maintain quality
• Take initiative to identify problems and propose smart, long-term solutions

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js
• Backend: NestJS / Node.js
• Database: MongoDB
• Tools: Git + GitHub, Vercel

You Should Have:

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development
• Deep experience with Next.js, NestJS, and MongoDB
• Strong debugging skills with a proven track record in production environments
• A natural sense of ownership — you don't just execute, you lead
• Sharp attention to detail — UX, performance, and data structure matter to you
• Willingness to push back and say no to bad ideas or poor implementation
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you care about impact, not just code
• Strong communication and accountability in a remote team setup

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI tools or visual site builders
• Familiarity with performance profiling, caching, and edge case handling
• Startup or product-led growth experience
