Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• Architect and design complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and development methodologies within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-8+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Solid understanding of server-side development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
