Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Oracle Full Stack technologies to support talent acquisition initiatives. * Build and optimize APIs to enable seamless data exchange between internal systems and external platforms. * Create and manage integrations with third-party tools and services to enhance talent acquisition workflows. * Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Oracle JET ensuring an exceptional user experience. * Implement and optimize back-end logic, database schemas, and queries using Oracle Database to ensure performance and scalability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and system reliability. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes. * Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, APIs, and system architecture.
