We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and best practices in software development.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) you will work in our modern office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work from home several days a week.

What are the Tasks and Responsibilities of a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d)?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and create serverless solutions within Hubspot CRM features.
• Discuss solutions with consultants to find the best approach from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly and scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

How to succeed as a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) at Thorit:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS
• Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English
