Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Java, React, Spring)

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid - 1–2 days onsite per week)

Type: B2B or Permanent

Rate: PLN 1,300 – 1,500 per day

Permanent Salary Estimate (Gross): PLN 220,000 – 260,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our client a major Global consultancy on a hybrid basis in Krakow,Poland. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the travel industry, leveraging your expertise in Java, React, and Spring while collaborating in an agile environment. You will play a key role in developing high-quality software solutions and driving technical practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-quality, working software.
• Code, test, and build software according to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform meaningful unit testing and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to prepare requirements for each release.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and attend release planning and technical reviews.
• Continuously improve technical practices within the team.
• Provide on-call coverage and warranty support after implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments.
• Cooperate with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Innovate to improve application stability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementation details.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation.
• Expertise in Enterprise Java, Web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST), and development tools.
• Solid Unix/Linux knowledge or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring, and React.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing tools/frameworks, and cloud technologies (e.g., GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent self-organization and initiative.
• Experience in the travel industry would highly desirable .
• Proficiency in Enterprise Java, web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST), and development tools.
• Strong Unix/Linux skills or relevant tech stack expertise.
