Our platform is premised on using AI and high-performance computing to connect clinical observations (phenotypes) to DNA-level phenomena (genotypes); in the process helps unravel biology, as well as help pharma companies, perform faster and more efficient drug discovery, and help early diagnosis of several key diseases.

Requirements

• 3-6 years with solid engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, its design, and concurrency patterns.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Good knowledge of GraphQL, SQL as well as NoSQL databases
• Understanding of front-end technologies, code versioning tools, and server-side languages.
• Developing frontend & backend web architecture, Designing user interactions on web pages, Ensuring responsiveness of applications
• Designing & developing APIs
• Ability to work in a Linux environment
• Ability to work with Git and in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of RESTful Web Services & Web Sockets.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack MVPs and fully functional applications with React.js or Next.js on the frontend and Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) on the backend.
• Continuously enhance user experience by gathering and implementing proactive feedback from UX designers.
• Build data and AI engineering pipelines to pre-compute essential data for applications.
• Design data annotation and verification tools to support Clinicians and Data Scientists in refining machine learning algorithms.
