An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our clients for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby-on-Rails experience to join a forward-thinking and collaborative tech company working on innovative, scalable digital solutions. The Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. You’ll be working across the full stack using Ruby-on-Rails, with some exposure to Laravel, and will collaborate closely with operational teams, designers, and fellow developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby-on-Rails and Laravel

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Build and maintain APIs and integrate third-party services

Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues

Keep up to date with emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience in full stack development

Proficient in Ruby-on-Rails

Basic understanding of Laravel

Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Vue.js)

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent Problem-solving Skills And Communication Abilities

Desirable Skills:

Experience with AWS or Azure

Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices
