You are a passionate and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with a strong background in React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern front-end engineering. You care deeply about building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and are ready to lead a team toward best-in-class product experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and enjoy mentoring others and making an impact with your work.

What's the role:

As Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll lead our front-end team in delivering scalable, responsive, and engaging user-facing features. Working cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams, you'll help shape how entrepreneurs interact with Rauva’s platform. Your work will be central to transforming the fintech experience for our users and supporting our mission to make entrepreneurship more accessible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, user-facing features using Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, and Typescript
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability
• Lead and mentor front-end developers, ensuring best practices and clean code
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless UI/UX
• Ensure smooth integration with backend APIs and third-party services to deliver cohesive user experiences
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and advocate for continuous improvement

What’s your ideal background?

• 5+ years of front-end development experience
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, and Typescript
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and web accessibility standards
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience mentoring developers and leading front-end projects
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context API for managing complex UI states

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
• Prior experience leading front-end teams or initiatives
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
