About the Role

Cognizo is on a mission to help companies understand and improve their AI visibility. We are building the ultimate digital marketing platform to give brands a clear edge in the AI era.

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing features. You’ll also help define and lead our front-end architecture. This is a unique opportunity to build within a brand new tech space and have a direct influence on the evolution of Cognizo’s platform. 

This is a remote role with a competitive USD compensation.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the front-end architecture of Cognizo’s platform.
• Design and build new customer-facing features and core platform functionality.
• Develop and integrate third-party APIs.
• Work with open-source tools and systems.
• Conduct research-driven development in AI search analytics and optimization.
• Collaborate closely in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with TypeScript and React.
• Strong web development and design skills.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Charting and monitoring libraries
• Open source component libraries
• Python and FastAPI
• Redis
• Cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, and Railway
• Experience using open-source systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the front-end domain.
• Previous experience with unit testing.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-moving team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or model providers.
• Familiarity with component design systems.
• Experience with NLP libraries or related AI technologies.
