Position: Senior Front-End Software Developer (Hybrid or Remote)

Mode of Work: HYBRID (candidates local to the NCR will be expected to work at SteerBridge HQ two (2) days a week, Mondays mandatory); REMOTE (for non-local candidates)

Are you a passionate and experienced Front-End Software Developer ready to make a significant impact? SteerBridge is seeking a dynamic individual to enhance our modern React web applications and lead our front-end development efforts.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Front-End Software Developer
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern React TypeScript, testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress, and experience with the MERN stack.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., d3.js), authentication protocols, and cloud deployment.
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Active security clearance.
• AWS Professional or Specialty certification.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or VA missions.

🛠 What You'll Do:

• Develop & Enhance: Utilize your expertise in React TypeScript to create and refine user-centric web applications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers, prototyping new features in Figma, and ensure seamless integration with back-end developers.
• Lead: Serve as a technical expert, guiding and mentoring the front-end development team.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends to implement cutting-edge solutions.
