You are a senior frontend engineer who doesn’t just write UI code — you design emotion, translate intent, and build interfaces that feel like conversation.

You understand that good design lives in the details: timing, friction, predictability, pixel density. You don’t ship things that “work” — you ship things that convert, persuade and move.

You’ve been through landing pages that broke at 10k users, and rebuilt them to handle 100k.

You know how to animate, but also when not to animate.

You code in React, but think in flows.

• Take ownership of our frontend stack (landing, onboarding flows, admin dashboard)
• Translate Figma files into stunning, smooth React components
• Build and optimize animation logic (LottieFiles, GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Integrate QR systems and user state flows for WhatsApp-based logic
• Build a frontend performance score that would pass Lighthouse on caffeine
• Work with backend and product teams to ship polished, fast, fluid experiences
• Propose new micro-interactions or UX flows to improve conversion and usability
• Handle traffic spikes, responsive bugs, and browser oddities with elegance

• 4+ years writing production-level React code
• Strong experience with TailwindCSS, scroll-based animations, LottieFiles, and SVG interactions
• Ability to transform designs into code directly from Figma
• Solid experience in optimizing code for speed and SEO
• Comfort working side-by-side with engineers, designers and product managers
• Proactive mindset and willingness to iterate on visual details
