Develop and Implement Ground training strategy and plans to meet training and developmental needs.
Plan Ground training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required
Policy, Processes, Procedures and Standards
Propose & implement and enforce Department policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant Procedural/Legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Situational Response & Problem Solving
Independently Analyze the Situations, diagnose the root-causes and develop & implement the solution to ensure that all immediate situations are responded on timely manners to avoid business risks.
Conduct the Research, benchmarking and study of Best Practices, Plan and Implement the improvements to ensure Training department poses best practices and technologies for better performance.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all Ground training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational needs in conjunction with GACA/FAA/CAACI/IOSA regulation requirements.
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures in the section.
Ground Training
Directs all ground training for Pilots, Cabin Crew and Dispatchers in accordance with the OM-D and any other relevant manual/document.
Ensures the availability of sufficient ground instructors.
Directs the development and the update of the training courses in line with GACA regulations and the IOSA Standards/Recommendations.
Develops and conducts specialized courses.
Monitor the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports
