**_Essential Functions_**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor planning, field installation, etc. Attend and actively contribute to job site meetings as required.
+ Manage project documentation including RFIs, letters of transmittals, permits, change orders, final closeout requirements, etc.
+ Effectively communicate project progress and financial status of projects. Resolve project issues.
+ Analysis and preparation of complex billings, including AIA formatted schedule of values, within project scope to maintain a positive cash flow.
+ Actively pursue Change Orders. Perform associated cost estimates, prepare proposals and negotiate final price.
+ Forecast project manpower demands including resource loading and Gnatt and Critical Path (CPM) schedules from the design, through final testing, certification and closeout.
+ Review and understand contractual scopes of work and the impact of customer issued bulletins, field directives and scheduling changes.
+ Skilled in risk identification, impact and claim analysis. Understand the documentation required to support legal means of recovery and initiate and develop formal claims.
+ Review and update job status and cost to completion weekly.
+ Participate in onsite and remote meetings with contracts administration, field supervision and engineering departments to review all on-going projects.
+ Ensure the safety protocols are being implemented and are in compliance with both company and project requirements.
+ Understand and follow all adopted codes and standards to ensure work is performed in compliance with all state, local and Federal legal requirements.
+ Follow industry standard project management procedures and processes.
+ Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
+ Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
+ Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English.
+ Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English.
**Qualifications - External**
**_Education, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements_**
+ Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
+ Must have a valid driver's license.
+ Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
+ Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
+ Preferred AS or BA degree in Construction or Project Management or equivalent
+ Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by National, State or Local codes
+ Project Management Institute or Project Management Professional Certification
+ Must have 10+ years of industry, security/fire and project management experience.
+ Ideal individual must be technically inclined, good written and verbal communication skills, energetic, self motivated, dependable to work under little or no supervision and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn.
+ Individuals with past experience in construction field and or knowledgeable in the fire alarm/security industry are highly encouraged to apply.
+ Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to: climbing up or down ladders, occasional lifting up to 50lbs, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and the like; remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another; moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces; and general office duties including use of a computer.
+ Ability to travel if necessary. Projects may exist outside of assigned geography. Travel will vary on project assignment.

**_Pay and Benefits Disclosure_**
The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $$83,726.00 - $167,462.00. This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
