We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Financial Metals Trader to join our team and contribute to the success of our trading operations. You will lead and develop the business in the region as well as supporting global operations.

What You Will Do

As an experienced and self-driven Senior Financial Metals Trader you will join our team and contribute to the success of our trading operations. Your knowledge and skills about market analysis, trading strategies, and the global metals market is key for success. You will also:

• Continuously monitor global metal markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Execute buy and sell orders for various metals, including futures, options, and derivatives.
• Manage open positions and ensure trades are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Implement and enforce risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses including monitor and manage exposure to market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Prepare detailed market reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in metals trading, particularly aluminium and/or copper particularly with financial trading is highly desirable.

• A track record of self-starting and entrepreneurial work is ideal.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term trading plans.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess market trends and make informed trading decisions.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
