We are looking for Senior Financial Manager for one of our clients, a reputable Real Estate Development company located in 5th Settlement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Manager located in 5th Settlement. The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The role involves preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, financial forecasting, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The Financial Manager will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, as well as collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Proven work experience in Finance field from 12 to 17 years
• Previous work experience in the Construction industry is a must
• Experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Risk Management and Financial Forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English Level
