Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Contract: 6 months

Setup: 1 day/week in office, the other 4 are work from home

Start date: ASAP (May 19th)


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze financial results, highlighting variances and providing insights to management.
  • Collaborate with auditors during the statutory audit process, providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IFRS standards and provide technical accounting support to the finance team.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group.
  • Ensure integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in resolving reconciling items.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Accounting designation (i.e. CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, with strong exposure to IFRS.
  • Experience in working with auditors and handling statutory reporting requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
