As a Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate FP&A, you’ll serve as a key business partner to our Real Estate team. Your role will provide financial expertise, strategic insights, and hands-on support across a range of initiatives—from property investments and divestments to state-of-the-art tenant projects. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of real estate strategy and financial leadership.

You'll play a critical role in shaping Bauer’s real estate portfolio and contributing to projects that directly influence how we work—supporting modern, efficient, and inspiring office environments that reflect our future vision.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Real Estate team to assess investments and divestments
• Prepare business cases and financial models to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Real Estate, Tax, and other functions
• Analyze valuation reports, purchase price data, and financial forecasts
• Support Executive Board decision proposals with sharp financial analysis
• Lead scenario modeling to identify risks and opportunities
• Manage real estate-related forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning cycles
• Drive process improvements and contribute to special FP&A projects

What you'll bring

• Exstensive FP&A or real estate finance experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; familiarity with valuation methods
• Understanding of real estate lifecycle (acquisitions, divestments, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion/Essbase (desirable)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
