Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst / Lead Financial Analyst:

• Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner closely with site leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Develop, refine, and present financial models that support business growth and operational improvements.
• Present KPIs, dashboards, and financial reports to executive leadership.
• Provide support to the accounting team during key close periods and special projects as needed.
  
  

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst / Lead Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment (required).
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership teams.
