For more information, please visit www.biocatch.com. We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-growth SaaS company. This role is critical in providing financial insights, reporting, and strategic support to senior leadership. You will build and maintain models, analyze SaaS metrics, and provide key insights that influence executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and continuously refine financial models and forecasts to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and fundraising activities. * Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across departments, aligning financial goals with company KPIs. * Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting and dashboards for leadership and investors, highlighting performance trends and insights. * Provide financial support and analysis for pricing strategies, sales compensation plans, and new product launches. * Collaborate with RevOps to ensure accuracy and consistency in key metrics and reporting. * Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess business risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment. * Monitor and evaluate KPIs, metrics, and benchmarks to assess financial health. * Help prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus). * 4-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a SaaS or tech company. * Deep understanding of SaaS business models and financial drivers. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial tools such as NetSuite, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Salesforce, or Power BI. * Experience working with or building SaaS dashboards and financial planning systems. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: * Comfortable working in a scaling environment with shifting priorities. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions. * Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across functions without direct authority. * Experience working in a venture-backed startup or public SaaS company is a plus. Salary range: 100K-120K USD
