Senior Financial Analyst

Lewisville, TX - hybrid, 2 days onsite

One of Vaco's midmarket, PE-backed clients is looking to onboard a Senior Financial Analyst as part of the growth of the company. The new Controller is a former client of ours - people love working with her (just placed an Assistant Controller on team as well, great feedback so far!) This role will support full corporate FP&A, be involved in building out models and decks and interact with various internal teams and executives.

Compensation range: $90-120K + 10%

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis to measure financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends.
• Budgeting, profitability analysis, forecasting and improving inefficiencies.
• Assist with the development of forecast modeling, dashboards.
• Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends and market condition analysis.
• Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics.
• Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement.
• Present and explain findings to executive leadership and across business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel required, Access and major ERP preferred.
• Experience with modeling tools.
• Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work on an evolving team with adaptability and problem solving.
