Our client, a mission-driven organization in the healthcare space, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support ongoing financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts. This is a full-time consulting role with the potential to transition into a long-term position.

This role plays a critical part in providing actionable financial insights, building forecasting models, and supporting both departmental and executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Perform variance analysis, identify key financial drivers, and communicate trends to senior leadership
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, data-driven recommendations, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Operations, and Revenue Cycle
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide recommendations for cost control and performance improvements
• Evaluate financial health of the organization and compare performance to industry benchmarks
• Stay current on economic and regulatory trends that impact organizational performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with a strong foundation in financial modeling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare experience and CPA designation are preferred but not required
