Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations, including taxation, sales trading activities, balance sheet management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and legal compliance while supporting business decision-making through robust financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation & Compliance:

• Manage direct and indirect tax filings (e.g., GST, TDS, income tax).
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and payments.
• Keep up-to-date with tax laws and regulations; ensure organizational compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities during assessments or audits.
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Sales Trading & Revenue Tracking:

• Monitor revenue from sales and trading operations.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of sales data.
• Liaise with the sales and operations teams to reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting & Balance Sheet:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper account reconciliations.
• Oversee balance sheet management and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.
• Assist in cost optimization and financial planning activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Supervise AP/AR teams to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization for payments.
• Streamline AP/AR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
