Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Reporting

• Lead the Finance function including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting
• Present timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and founders
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal policies

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants for seamless audits and filings

Planning, Analysis & Budgeting

• Drive annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide decision support through profitability, cost, and pricing analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable insights

Internal Controls & Process Optimization

• Design and implement internal control systems, accounting policies, and automation tools
• Streamline financial operations and introduce best practices in cost control and efficiency

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
• Handle treasury functions including payments, receivables, and investment tracking

Requirements

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 4–7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong grasp of Indian tax regulations, compliance, and financial controls
• Hands-on with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
• Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setup

Good to Have

• Exposure to SaaS metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, ARPU, and financial modeling
• Experience working with VC-funded startups or high-growth product companies
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth & Sales
