Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor financial compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements (CBSL, IRD, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and internal controls
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
• Supervise junior finance/accounting staff where applicable

Requirements:

• Fully or partly qualified in CA / ACCA / CIMA or a relevant degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a finance company or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards relevant to the finance sector
• Proficient in MS Excel and finance/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or industry-specific software)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and integrity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
