Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) - Servers

Job Responsibilities:

1、Understand customer business scenarios, collect and identify customer needs, deliver business and scenario solutions, and accurately communicate customer solution requirements internally.

2、Provide training and enablement on product knowledge to customers, partners, and internal sales teams, including product planning, application scenarios, and key features. Develop solutions based on customer needs and promptly address client issues and inquiries.

3、Support market and sales activities, including customer communication, visits, and technical support. Assist sales in product selection and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements to ensure project implementation.

4、Focus on customer satisfaction by communicating and coordinating resources to meet customer needs, including collaboration with headquarters R&D, supply chain, and post-sales support teams.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5-8 years of field support experience in the server industry preferred. Proficiency in English as a working language.

2、Familiarity with x86 server products and solutions, server, storage, and network system architectures, and hands-on experience with hardware and software debugging and operations.

3、Knowledge of the IT system architecture of major clients in the industry and a good understanding of key components in the server industry.

4、Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, excellent execution and sense of responsibility, outgoing personality, and strong team collaboration skills.
