Your Key Accountabilities

• Manage project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
• Consult and cooperate with management, colleagues, cross functional team members as well as authorities to ensure timely completion of operational and functional goals.
• Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
• Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Science, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy
• Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion
• Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software
• Proficient in English and Malay
