Position: Senior Executive - Fabric Operations & Fabric Warehouse Administration

Location: Battaramulla, Colombo District

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Operations Specialist to oversee and manage the fabric operations process within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of fabric categories and warehouse quality control measures. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fabric-related activities, from segregation, analysis to distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze the distribution of fabric.
• Ensure timely delivery of fabric materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize fabric supply chain operations.
• Resolve any operational issues that arise during the fabric production process.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in related field over 3 years
• Proven experience in fabric operations management, warehouse management operations.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, quality standards, and sourcing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
