Summary

Think Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO of a prominent nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the CEO’s schedule, ensuring time is allocated efficiently and in line with strategic objectives.
  • Draft and manage critical communications on behalf of the CEO, including correspondence with board members, donors, and influential stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials in advance and ensure timely follow-up to ensure completion of action items.
  • Manage relationship-building efforts by coordinating personalized follow-ups and expressions of appreciation after key interactions.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of content for the CEO’s regular updates, including newsletters.
  • Develop well-organized and professional presentations and briefing materials for board meetings and major events.
  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, discerning which matters require the CEO’s attention and guiding the team accordingly.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
  • Extensive experience managing executive schedules, communications, and complex workflows.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with board members, donors, government officials, and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or formal training in executive support is preferred.
