Manage and maintain the CMD/Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with utmost discretion.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
Serve as a liaison between the CMD/Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CMD/Director.
Draft, review, and proofread emails, memos, and reports.
Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership teams.
Conduct research and provide key insights to assist in decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, board presentations, and other strategic documents.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Plan and coordinate business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, and itinerary management.
Organize corporate events, conferences, and leadership meetings.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Letter Drafting & Email Writing)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action.
Experience in corporate governance and board-related activities.
Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools.
