As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to elevate HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event delivery.ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Event Strategy & Execution:Develop event strategies for various formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows).

Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.Vendor & Partnership Management:Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.Event Design & Logistics:Manage the design and setup of event booths.

Handle logistical tasks such as venue arrangements and scheduling.Content & Messaging:Create and review event materials with content creators.

Work with the marketing team to develop effective event messaging.Performance Measurement:Track event performance and business impact.

Manage lead tracking and follow-up activities.Campaign Management:Lead pre- and post-event activities, including communication campaigns and reporting.

Identify and manage new event opportunities.Creative Execution:Apply creativity to event planning and execution.

Develop engaging event concepts and storytelling.Feedback & Improvement:Conduct post-event evaluations and lead review meetings.

Gather insights for future improvements.Skills/Qualifications2+ years of event marketing experience with vendor management.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Understanding of B2B marketing practices.Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in budgeting and managing multiple events.Compensation:All qualified and interested applicants, please forward your resume with expected salary and availability information ******.
