About the Role

We’re working with a leading financial services organization undergoing a major overhaul of their enterprise data integration platforms. They are looking for two Senior Informatica Administrators with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud) to help drive upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning efforts. Overview

As a Senior Informatica Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of a large-scale upgrade and migration initiative. Your job is to ensure seamless operation, high performance, and secure configuration of Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC environments. You’ll be managing installations, upgrades (from 10.2 → 10.5 → CDI-PC), and metadata cutovers — while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across infrastructure, infosec, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC environments
• Perform upgrades, installations, and migrations, including secure agent deployment
• Monitor job performance, resolve resource bottlenecks, and lead outage troubleshooting
• Configure and manage security features (LDAP, SAML, SSL certs, trusted IPs, etc.)
• Automate tasks and configurations using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Maintain cross-platform knowledge (Linux & Windows) to support hybrid environments
• Partner with Informatica vendor support and internal engineering teams
• Contribute to future roadmap planning for ETL modernization
• Collaborate within a distributed team environment that encourages initiative and shared problem-solving

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years in Informatica PowerCenter & IDMC administration
• Strong experience with installations, upgrades (10.2 to 10.5 to CDI-PC), and fresh environment setup
• Hands-on with Secure Agent setup and runtime management
• Scripting expertise (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
• Familiarity with SSL cert management and user access security (LDAP/SAML)
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade hybrid environments (Linux & Windows)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud-based integration or hybrid migration strategies
• DevSecOps / IaC automation principles
• Familiarity with GitHub/Octopus CI/CD workflows
• Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall SDLC exposure
• IDMC source control via GitHub

Pay

• $75 - $85 /hr
