Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator - Waterproofing at Apex Contracting & Restoration, Inc. - Building Envelopment Specialist, Inc. in San Diego, CA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating waterproofing projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, and managing project budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating and project management
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and building envelope materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Certification in construction estimating or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
