Company: A Leading Renewable Energy EPC

NEO Energy are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with expertise in substation and high-voltage projects. As a key member of the estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for Power, T&D & BESS projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and comprehensive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for substations, high-voltage transmission, and distribution components of renewable energy projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to obtain accurate material and labor costs.
• Support bid strategy development and participate in client proposal presentations.
• Identify risks and opportunities within estimates to optimize project success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in estimating substation and high-voltage electrical work.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale BESS or Solar Projects preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced EPC environment and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
