Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator (Millwork) located in Waukesha, WI. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates for millwork projects, analyzing project requirements, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate and timely estimates. Duties include quantity take-offs, pricing materials and labor, managing bid documents, and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and pricing materials and labor.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of millwork and construction industry standards and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating millwork projects.
