Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator located in Dedham, MA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, collaborating with project teams, and managing estimation processes. Daily tasks include reviewing plans, conducting site visits, preparing bid proposals, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. The role also requires maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with project management and construction methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction software and digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Prior experience working in the Boston metropolitan area is a plus
