We're looking for a driven Estimator who brings accuracy, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. You’ll fit in if you're a team player who gets things done and takes pride in doing it right.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Create detailed, competitive estimates & proposals
• Track proposals and follow up with clients
• Coordinate handoff from precon to construction
• Review & redline contracts
• Build project schedule baselines
• Set up job files and onboarding docs
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors & vendors
• Perform takeoffs (linear, earthwork volumes)
• Support sales & new project development
• Communicate with GCs, owners & municipalities
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

🎯 What You Bring:

• 2+ years estimating in heavy civil construction (Or 6 yeas in Commercial construction)
• Familiarity with:

• ▫️ Planswift
• ▫️ Agtek
• ▫️ Microsoft Office
• Strong plan-reading & spec interpretation skills
• Organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Growth mindset & team-first attitude
