Drywall Estimator – Self-Perform Division

We’re working with a respected Austin-based general contractor that’s growing its in-house self-perform drywall division. They’re looking to bring on an experienced Estimator who can help shape the future of the group and drive accurate, competitive bids on commercial interiors, renovations, and select ground-up work.

What You’ll Do:

• Own takeoffs, scope development, and bid packages for drywall
• Work collaboratively with PMs, Supers, and Precon team to ensure alignment
• Build relationships with key vendors, subs, and internal team members
• Support budget development through design-build and conceptual phases
• Help refine estimating tools and workflows for the SP group

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience (ideally with drywall, framing, or carpentry scopes)
• Prior work with a self-perform GC or specialty contractor preferred
• Strong takeoff software and Excel skills
• Great communicator, team player, and problem solver
• Austin market experience is a plus
