As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at DRUID, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting AI-driven conversational solutions that enhance productivity and customer experience.


What you’ll do at DRUID

  • Analyse the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize DRUID revenue potential
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule
  • Build DRUID brand in the marketplace by leveraging a value selling approach and educate customers on how DRUID can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Evangelize DRUID brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
  • Navigate in client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
  • Partner with Customer Success Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value and expedites customer issues as they arise
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Update and maintain the CRM system.


What you’ll bring to DRUID

  • Proven 5-10 years B2B (business-to-business) sales experience in tech companies, preferably SaaS
  • Advanced English skills are required; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal (engineering, marketing, delivery, etc) and external teams
  • Ability to work independently, must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
