🔍 What we're looking for

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Business-to-Business (B2B) applications aimed at digitizing the traditionally undigitized construction sector. You will work closely with international product teams to align standards and integrate technologies across the organization's portfolio. Beyond collaboration with product teams, you will work with horizontal disciplines such as DevOps, IT security, service design, and artificial intelligence to:

• Prepare technical blueprints,
• Select architectural patterns, and
• Ensure the adherence to regulatory requirements.

A core responsibility will be to lead the evolution and migration lifecycles of the organization’s software products, enabling a smooth transition to future-ready architectures. To succeed, you must stay at the forefront of technological advancements, proactively introducing new technologies and practices when appropriate.

🛠️ Your Task

• Align the IT strategy with the business goals of the organization.
• Collaborate with international product teams to recommend and align on technological directions.
• Consult on and ensure the coherency of the overall product portfolio.
• Together with software and solution architects:
• Define and govern enterprise technology standards across the organization.
• Develop and execute standard hiring and training plans for technical staff.
• Define and lead horizontal practices such as:
• Service design,
• Data architecture,
• UI/UX design.
• Conduct deep analyses of the existing product portfolio to identify opportunities to:
• Enhance product delivery efficiency,
• Improve overall product quality.

🎓 Your Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in defining and standardizing IT architectures in complex software organizations.
• Practical experience with operational deployment and maintenance of self-developed software in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of major software design patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar).
• Deep expertise in relational database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React is considered an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to build consensus among divergent stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate, break down, and lead problem-solving initiatives across teams.
• A pragmatic mindset, always seeking simple and effective solutions over rigid adherence to doctrine.
• Practical experience in working with cross-functional and agile development teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
