Participate in the overall management of company project workload, project scheduling and support staff assignments
Organize and manage projects
Direct work of Electrical Project Engineers, Electrical Engineering Technicians, Drafters and other technical employees assigned on a per project basis
Instruct Electrical Project Engineers and Electrical Engineering Technicians in details of performing specific project tasks
Monitor financial status of projects and ensure projects are performed within budget
Monitor progress of projects and ensure projects are performed within schedule
Perform duties of Senior Electrical Project Engineer position as necessary for successful projects
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Educational Requirements: Electrical Project Engineers and Electrical Engineering Technicians are required to have obtained at least a BSEE from an accredited ABET program. All Electrical Testing Technicians must have at least an Associate’s Degree in an approved Electrical Engineering Technology program or Electrical Testing program. Experience in medium and high voltage equipment, testing, and analysis is a plus for all positions.
