The technical staff supplement the Property Manager by ensuring a smooth transition from project site to operational building as well as looking after the long term life of the building services. Apart from maintenance services, STS also carries out the E&M Fit-out, addition & alternation, system retrofit works. Job Responsibilities: Tendering, Project/Maintenance planning, contracting, design and BS installation; Site supervision, coordination and management of subcontractors; Lead subordinates for faults handling and trouble-shooting of BS installation; Testing & commissioning for BS works especially ACMV, Building Management System and Fire Services. Requirements: Holder of Degree / HD / HC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines; 4 years or above relevant working experience; Relevant experience in Contractor or E&M firm is preferable; Good command of spoken and written in English; Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or C is preferred. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
