Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Systems Engineering, Product and Agile Project management, Wireless Technology, Network Deployment, RF Design and Optimization, Transmission Planning and Design, Tech Strategy Telecom Technologies: 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Microwave, Fibre optics Tools: Atoll, MapInfo, Linux, Druid, Grafana, Druid, MS Project Experience Required 15 Roles & Responsibilities RF Tools Development Support: Provide RF engineering support to facilitate the development of robust, scalable, and manageable RF performance tools through close collaboration with product managers, system architects, scrum masters, and software developers. Project Management Support: Contribute to the development of project timelines, quarterly strategic goals, new features refinement, design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support for RF tools. Ensure optimal application performance to meet projected wireless network capacity growth, with a focus on 5G/4G LTE advancements. Vendor Management: Actively collaborate with Telecom partners/vendors of stitching platforms, to discuss and finalize their technical specifications. Subsequently, translate the specs into requirements for software development teams. These requirements will guide the development of RF tools and systems capable of capturing network KPIs. Lab & FOA Testing: Participate in executing and live 4G/5G test scenarios with Vendors in Customer's Lab and FOA markets to validate vendor SW upgrades and stitching solutions. 4G / 5G KPI Development: Work with Customer's engineers to finalize 4G/5G KPIs formulas and get them developed in the tools and deployed. Perform testing/validation to ensure the accuracy of KPI calculations. Data Monitoring: End-to-end monitoring of data feeds, troubleshooting upstream feed issues with vendors, and performing data integrity checks. Tools Planning Support: Provide technical assistance to the planning team to finalize system architecture and vendor selection for endpoint and stitching solutions. RF Tools Enhancements and Bugs Fix Support: Liaise with Customer's Network Performance engineers for new feature requests, bug fixes, etc., understand requirements, work with developers to implement/fix, and finally perform testing/validations. Weekly release Support: Perform Pre/post-deployment regression testing and validations, Update deployment plan, and share weekly release notes and highlights with users and management Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 a year
