Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Perform reliability assessment of wafer/package/module/system failure mechanisms with respect to standards and requirements
• Define reliability requirement for Qualification including relevant process optimizations, design rules and production screening measurement
• Drive failure analysis and perform risk assessments for qualifications or manufacturing quality/reliability topics
• Performing analysis for reliability lifetime prediction
• Defines, develops, deploys and maintains a Quality Management System, Product Change Process, Systematic process, methods considering standards (like FMEA)
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage customer requirements as well as customer issues/queries
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Physics, Material Science or Engineering with at least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Knowledge on JEDEC and AEC Qualification standards
• Knowledge on reliability stress test methodologies and conditions
• Good in systematic problem-solving and statistical analysis
• Able to work effectively in teams and possess excellent communication skills
• Highly productive and passionate with personal development
• Good understanding of backend semiconductor manufacturing and packaging process
• Experience in handling product quality risk assessments, Material Review Board and Complaint Analysis Requests
• Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
