Assist Project Manager in carrying out work schedule planning, drawing/materials etc, to ensure that the related costs are within budget. Coordinate with project stakeholders to set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the technical requirements and deliver the works on a planned schedule. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other related parties in carrying out the ELV works and site activities. Manage the performance of subcontractors' workforce to complete projects effectively. Conduct site checks to ensure the work quality, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites, carry out other ad hoc assignments as required. Qualification & Requirements: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related discipline is preferred. Procession of Security Personnel Permit Cat. D, Construction Safety Card and Construction Works Registration Card. At least 8 years of working experience; with less experience will be considered as a lower position. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD drawing operations. Experience in BIM (Revit) modelling and executing BIM-enabled projects is an advantage. High sense of responsibility, good communication, negotiating, and influencing skills. Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
