Minimum four years of relevant work experience with mobile devices & management tools. Manage Escalation-call and be available to independently manage incidents/ requests. Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and application deployment issues. Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices. Systems Administration of the MDM SOTI & Intune. Experience with Microsoft Intune, SOTI device enrollment and monitoring of devices Android and IOS Platforms. Experience troubleshooting mobile device issues with end users Experience deploying kiosk mode and mobile app project devices i.e. mobile scanners Experience in implementing Intune (MAM) app protection policies & independent of mobile-device management (MDM) solution Hands on MAM Policy creation, edition and deletion of Managed Applications Hands on Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete CA, Compliance and Configuration policies in SOTI and Intune MDM. Knowledge and working experience on ABM, Samsung Knox, Intune and SOTI Tool device Enrollment, profile creation and application deployment. Good to have device & app migration knowledge from One MDM Platform to another MDM Platform Base Salary Range: $85,000 / Annum - $125,000 / Annum
