We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support & Infrastructure Manager to manage and oversee our organization’s IT systems, hardware, software, security, and vendor relationships. This role combines hands-on technical support with leadership responsibilities, including managing IT assets, network operations, end-user support, security infrastructure, and tool administration. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled professional who can wear many hats—from fixing a laptop to negotiating with vendors to managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
IT Asset Management
Maintain and track inventory of all IT hardware/software assets.
Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
Ensure proper tagging, licensing, and documentation.
Networking
Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and cabling.
Ensure network stability, uptime, and performance.
Firewall / Antivirus
Configure and monitor firewalls to secure internal networks.
Implement and manage antivirus and endpoint security tools.
Regularly review logs and implement updates/patches.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and support.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and SLAs.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain vendor database.
Tools & SaaS Platforms
Manage and support accounts and configurations for:
GoDaddy (domain, DNS, SSL)
LinkedIn (recruiter, ads, or campaigns)
Microsoft 365
Google Workspace (G Suite)
Other internal SaaS platforms and utilities.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small IT support team.
Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
Create SOPs and ensure process compliance across the team.
Hardware Repair & Maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
Operating Systems Support
Install, configure, and support software on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
Resolve OS-related issues and support users with cross-platform needs.
CCTV & Surveillance
Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV cameras.
Ensure video backup systems are working and securely stored.
Biometric Systems
Configure and maintain biometric attendance/access control systems.
Generate reports and coordinate with HR for integration if needed.
Additional Responsibilities (ETC)
Backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
IT compliance and audit support.
Setting up IT for new joiners and deactivation for exit cases.
Ensuring cybersecurity hygiene and awareness among staff.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system admin roles.
Strong knowledge across hardware, networking, operating systems, and security.
Hands-on experience with both Microsoft and Google environments.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
CCNA or equivalent
ITIL Foundation
Experience with tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SCCM, etc.
