Publicis Media Cloud Managed Services (CMS) is a niche group serving agencies within Publicis Groupe. Publicis Media CMS owns, manages, and maintains a cloud infrastructure that meets US and EU regulatory requirements. Providing our customers with high levels of support for their critical data is a key component of Publicis Media CMS.
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for planning and implementing the design, installation, and connectivity of server systems and network infrastructure. As part of this position, you will be expected to have knowledge of Amazon Web Services cloud services to ensure that the organization's IT resources run smoothly.
Infrastructure Engineers support cloud infrastructure and customers' systems and services. You are committed to quality, compliance, and stability of your work at all times. A strong sense of ownership, team collaboration skills, and the ability to address customer concerns calmly and promptly are all crucial to the success of this position. The person in this position will be a point of escalation for junior team members and will handle on-call rotations and occasional off-hours support requests.
Responsibilities
* Design and build a secure cloud infrastructure in AWS.
* Maintain Security hardening in the application development cycle.
* Streamline application deployments.
* Troubleshoot network and server issues.
* Automate manual or repeated tasks.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Task automation with PowerShell, Python, or bash.
* Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
* Continuous integration and continuous delivery.
* Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
* Basic networking: IP Addressing, Subnets, Routing, and Switching.
* Understand and follow IT change management protocols.
* Develop and maintain documentation include network diagrams, system configurations and stand operational procedures.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure design and management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience on system administration.
* 5+ years hands on experience on AWS cloud.
* Adopting a "team first" mentality and working collaboratively to solve problems and meet shared goals.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to program and automate tasks in any standard language.
* Ability to troubleshoot network related issue from end to end.
* Familiar with JIRA, FTP, and monitoring software.
* Hands on knowledge about Network and Security.

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
