Role: Contract Senior Embedded Software Engineer.\n\nRate: 60phr + VAT, outside IR35\n\nDuration: 6 months\n\nLocation: Cardiff\n\nSupporting a renewable energy technology company, with offices in Cardiff, we are looking for a contract senior embedded software engineer.\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a team in process of growing and broadening their skills. This team has a focus of designing and manufacturing bespoke renewable technology products.\n\nOur client has existing talented electronics, embedded and IT team in place. You would work on real world, products which make a big difference to their global customers.\n\nKey Experience & Responsibilities:\n\n- Embedded C++ Software Development\n\n- STL\n\n- Object Orientated Programming\n\n- Embedded Linux\n\n- RTOS\n\n- Work with existing libraries of programme\n\n- Unit & System Testing\n\n- Undertake & Complete all relevant Project/Product documentation\n\nDesirable:\n\nFull product lifecycle experience\n\nTesting and debugging\n\nEducation:\n\n- Degree in a relevant area such as Software or Electronic Engineering\n\nIf interested, please send across an updated CV
