For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development
• Strong proficiency in C and C++
• In-depth knowledge of microcontroller architectures, peripherals, and communication protocols
• Advanced experience with Embedded Linux (Kernel config, Bootloader, RootFS)
• Familiarity with Buildroot and the Yocto Project
• Solid experience with version control systems (SVN, Git)
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills in embedded environments
• Experience with real-time systems development
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for a hybrid work model (1x per week) in Aveiro, Portugal
